Who We Are
Our mission is to help families experiencing homelessness and low-income families achieve sustainable independence through community-based support. We offer prevention services, shelter when necessary, and transitional housing to promote lasting stability, all while prioritizing family unity to minimize community strain.
While most shelters separate families based on gender, age, and generational placement, Family Promise of Martin County’s focus is on keeping the family together. Not only does this prevent further fiscal and financial strain on the community, but it prevents significant unnecessary trauma on the family.
