Madeleine is a third-generation Stuart native. She comes to our organization with over ten years in leadership roles in the nonprofit community and more than five years assisting families experiencing homelessness on the Treasure Coast. Her experience with organizational development, operations, volunteers and outreach knowledge of the community is a tremendous asset.
Shamus Gordon has been a Martin County resident for 25 years. He brings to the team years of experience working in the fields of education and social work and has a passion for empowering families in underserved communities. His motto: Where there is a will there is always a way!
Gail is assistant to Executive Director, Madeleine Bozone Greenwood. She has streamlined administrative duties to enable our ED to focus on critical issues such as securing sites for transitional housing. Gail has lived in Martin County for 25 years and has worked for three other nonprofits.
Cher is a founding board member of Family Promise after retiring from a 28-year career in sales and marketing for a major title insurance underwriter. She’s lived in Martin County for over 33 years.
Maria Roberts assists our Case Manager with family programs, including shelter, housing navigation and coordinating volunteer support. She and her husband have lived in Martin County for seven years, after retiring as a high school Guidance Counselor and social services facilitator for 20 years in Palm Beach County. She is a Stephen Minister for her church; skills that serve her well in her role helping those who reach out to us for help.
